All Jobs that exceed 4 hours or 5 Service items will have a 25% price point range and all single jobs have at least a 20% price point.(Current estimate price listed is base price only)
All Jobs that require minimum of 4 hours or 5 Service items will require a 20% non refundable deposit for labor and payment for all parts and materials to be paid up front.
All Jobs that exceed 8 hours or 6 Service items will require 50% deposit and payment for all parts and materials. • Final Payment will be due upon completion as long as the job doesn’t surpass 4 days if so the Second payment of 20% will be due the close of the 3rd day and final upon completion.
You are responsible for all Parts & Materials that are needed to complete a job including pick-up. We offer part and material pick up service for your convenience, please let us know if we may assist when scheduling your service appointment. (Note: Supply and part allocation is provided as a courtesy but all equipment and supply pick up by technician will incur a minimum of $25 for pick up service. Depending on the location of the job site and pick up additional fees may apply.)
Once Technician is on-site, if the job has to be cancelled due to the condition of(Parts, Equipment, Home, Customer Availability that enables a Technician to provide service at the time and date set the customer will be responsible for a $55 service charge. To avoid this charge there must be at least 3 hour cancellation notice.
Courtesy Estimates don’t include Troubleshooting or Diagnostic service and will inquire a minimum service charge of $75 for diagnostic and $85 for troubleshoot service. On the day of your appointment you will be charged either Diagnostic/Troubleshoot or Labor but not both it’s either or. Once diagnostic or troubleshoot service is provided you have 7 days from your appointment to have 50% of this fee credit back to your labor charges scheduled within 7 days.
***This does not apply to all diagnostic and troubleshoot, depending on the appliance or time it took for technician to complete will be the determining factor.

Standard service doesn’t include modifications, if there is additional labor or parts required your technician will notify you prior to providing service. Unfortunately there are times when your technician will not know the additional extent of a job until after started or half way through. You will be notified ASAP in the event additional labor or parts/materials are needed.
If additional parts are required once agreed to labor charges you have the option of picking up the part/materials or using our affordable part pick up service. (All part, material and part pick up service will be added to final invoice)
Our service hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday’s 9am – 2pm
Note : There is a 50% increase for service requested out of our normal service hours.This includes diagnostic & troubleshoot appointments.
